| Anybody have home remedies they use when they're sick? I'm badly sick and its gotten worse for the past few days, hense why I havent been active... I'm desperate so if anybody has anything I should be doing besides rest and vitamin c and whatnot, I'd appreciate it | |

| try eccinacea (spelled wrong?) its an herb supplement that helps ur immune system steve suggests sweating it out ... layer it on and wrap blankies lol like what kind of sick? like vomitting sick, or headcold sick? | |

| Really bad headcold. It's nonstop congestion. I've never really dealt with it - but I've had this, with a migraine and a fever for a few days now. I've tried nearly every medicine, including allergy medicine, and it hasn't done a thing. | |

| Normally you just have to see those things out.
I would just stock up on Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. Eat tons of fruit especially Oranges. Get some fresh air. Sometimes it is best just to get on with things (i know that is easier said than done)
If you're quite Phlegmy, maybe some vapour rub for your chest might help.
That is all i can suggest. Hope you feel better soon. |
