Kevin Sullivan walks down the halls in a solid black suit and tie and a Rolex on his wrist. He walks to the door of David Shane and knocks...the word had spread around about the passing of his father...

"David, Open up Son"

David laids on the couch in his office, a new picture hung on the wall inside of it. His father's potrait it stared at him from all angles of the room. Suddenly the knock came to the door and he could hear Kevin outside the door.

"Come on in Kevin..."

David sits up and looks over at the picture...knowing his father was watching him

He walks into the room and turns on the lights, The picture of Apocalypse stared now at Sullivan from the angle he stood at...

"He's always watching us...he always has, David...I can't imagine how it feels knowing his knowledge of this industry will not be felt again"

Kevin wasn't here for mourning with David, there was true business to be dealt with but he began to wonder if now was that time...

"One thing about my father, you should know...He wrote everything down...I have his notes and computer...My fathers name will never be lost in the annuals of this industry, not until the day i retire from that ring..."

David looked to his father's old partner...The head of the board...his arrival in David's office brought a heavy feeling down on David...he could tell Sullivan was here on business...

"Your oldest friend just passed, and you never quit working do you"

"Jason has passed, David. Never again will he grace the rings of this industry...but his passing is no reason for me to stop my job to mourn the loss of him...its not what he would want of us...now is it David"

Kevin walks to the portrait of Apocalypse and looks at it before turning facing David...

"We need to discuss the present state of this company..."

David stands from the couch and cracks his neck before stretching and yawning loudly...

"Yes its not what he would want...and now everyone sees why i'm am still here tonight. Business first was how he worked..."

David looks at Kevin Sullivan

"Kevin, The current state of this company...Why not take it up with Lauren...shes running the show...I'm just the wallet to the company"

"Lauren isn't around...Brian Andrews hasn't been seen since we were leaving Rome, and the rest of the staff doesn't hold the power you do right now."

Kevin knew it may of been a mistake to tell David he was pretty much fully in charge of the company...

"What do we do about the company, the wrestlers are avoiding the camera crews, and shows are still packed but fans aren't buying merchandise for anyone"

The thought of taking full control over the company again crossed David's mind...and then he remembered the clause in his contract...

"Find someone to take over Lauren's shares...As Champion, I am not allowed to control the company and the title. We push on every week...Giving the fans matches they want to see..."

David Shrugs his shoulders...

"I've stood toe to toe with this company for a long time now...I've refused to step out of this company because it was the one that made me. Others will come and join the ranks of this company...sure the old stars are avoiding the cameras...but only time will heal whats happening in this company...XDF will Reign on...Theres no doubt in my mind"

For the first time since he arrived on the road with the team, Sullivan saw David for the man he was raised to be. He father showed through him suddenly as David showed confidence in the team that worked for him and the company.

"I'll go talk with Jason Thomas about it when he arrives..."

Kevin walks to the door and opens it turning to David...

"Your Father raised you well David, Don't let anyone tell you that you aren't his son..."

Kevin shut the door behind him

Kevin Looks at Donovan

Kevin: It's been along time since it happened...

Kevin: He's added a portrait of his father to his office...otherwise he's following Jason's Life lesson

Donavan: He taught us all some of those, some of us harder lessons. It was good seeing you again Kevin

Donavan turns and knocks on Davids Door

Kevin: You know where we must meet up next time, take care of yourself...

Kevin walks away as Donovan knocks on Shane's Door

David was sitting against the wall as the knock came...

David: WHAT!

Donavan opens the door and looks over at David

Donavan: WHAT!? is that how you greet your god father?

Donavan walks over and slaps David on his back and looks up at Jason's picture

Donavan: Just like always he is looking over all three of us

David: Its what he's always done...

Donavan: Well if i know Kevin he was here strictly for business

Donavan walks over and leans against Davids bar

Donavan: Im here for you David, I know you are just like him

Donavan points up at Apocalypse's picture

Donavan: And instead of thinking about this situation the only thing on your mind is getting back into that ring.

David: Kevin said his kindness then went to business...I belong in that ring, it where he belonged and its where i belong while I'm booked...

Donavan: I agree but that being said if you need help making arrangement I'm here for you son. I told you over the phone but I really mean it ANYTHING you need just let me know

David: Maria's out now getting permission to Bury Dad with Mom...Julia is with Caylee right now...I'm trying not to focus on it really

Donavan: You will deal with it in your own way on your own time

Donavan taps David on his back

Donavan: Don't let anyone tell you how to mourn, everyone is different. Oh and dont kill the gifted players this Monday.

David: I'm not going to take it easy on them...Like Jayson they need to learn a lesson...one my father taught me

David rubs his face with his arm as he stands up...

David: Get two glasses, fill them with Bourbon...its time we toasted him

Donavab grabs two glasses and opens the bar

Donavan: It seems that War has been here

Donavan pulls out two empty bourbon bottles

Donavan: I guess he doesn't like scotch

Donavan pulls out a bottle of Scotch and sits it on the table
